Made 2 orders and got an " Server connection error!" on both but got my money taken anyway ... 0 word from support live chat and from the tickets I made.
Starting to think this is a scam

Just tried 3 times today via live chat and no response after waiting for several minutes... 0 replys to my tickets aswell...

Habe eine Mail, Ticket und Live geschrieben, aber keiner meldet sich. Habe auch schon bezahlt und das Geld wurde schon überwiesen :/

Tut mir leid für die Wartezeit. Der Großteil des Teams ist im Urlaub Support verzögert sich zur Zeit ein wenig.

Hi hab mir ein 3 Tage Instagram Bot bestellt, habe den Server ausgewählt und den Bot gestartet(schnell), es sind mittlerweile schon über 50h vergangen aber es passiert immernoch nichts.
Außerdem kann ich weder Filter noch Hashtags einstellen

Beware of Scam famebit.ch
I bought the 3 days Instagram Bot, chose the Server and started the bot and nothing happened, spent 2€ for nothing.
Contacted Support -> No Answer
Wrote Ticket -> No Answer
Contacted Website Owner with private Message -> No Answer
Wrote a complaint in this Thread -> No Answer

Da das Unternehmen ein Startup Unternehmen ist kann es zu Wartezeiten kommen, so aus meiner Erfahrung. Da sie nicht besonders viele Supporter haben ist dies manchmal schwierig.
Evtl joinst du deren Discord und schreibst dort im Support Channel nocheinmal dein problem.

Tut mir leid das wir dich 2 Tage warten lassen haben, problem sollte behoben sein.
Mit deiner PN konnte ich leider nichts anfangen da du weder eine Bestellnummer noch ein Ticket angegeben hast.

Danke für die Antwort, funktioniert das Instagram Bot System oder ist es derzeit nicht nutzbar? Hätte es sehr gerne benutzt nur wie man auf den Screenshots sieht hat man weder Settings sonst noch andere Möglichkeiten den Bot zu steuern.
