Any files contains anti debug systems, its possible to try with ,wdasm,VB, (or "gdb" for linux) or Resource Hacker.
A debugger permits you to control the execution of a program in real time, see the apis that consults the system.
But it is not possible to return an EXE, to the source in C(borland c),
the .exe can be edited, and you see the binary code (AFGHAN), or you can see the ASM code, (Only for gods).
The exe file is only a lot of instructions for the processor.
When you compile a source code, you create other thing, transform the text code file to binary 000110101.

PE Explorer, can desambler a DLL file (Dynamic Linking Library) (can return to the Hex code or Assembler.)
ITs no possible to translate Hex or ASM, to C..... sorry
