Strong yarkan. It's permanent event at vsro. Uniques from TG to Soso The Viper are respawned at 4pm GMT+1,all they r strong and they respawn 4 or 5 each,not sure.

Yes, as I know, its useful. It gives less chance for enemies to make critical hit on you. (But maybe i know it wrong)
