If I were you I would try to log off. If that does not work send JC Planet an support request in hope, that they will answer.

Same problem 1 day later....
was offline this time and my exp bar didnt reset at 17:00.
instead i stay at my gray exp bar from yesterday but still get service fatigue 8h... shard fatigue still 0h...... The crazy thing is when i create a char on Merv for example i get the 8 hours minus the time i was online on ephesus since 17:00.
The support sucks and doesnt answer my inquiry.... What else can i try to do or is it maybe because i have quest still open and wait for them to finish until i get new bar???

The problem went away for me on the second day. I logged off before 17:00 and logged back in at around 17:03 and I had my fatigue again.
I still have NO idea what causes this.
FYI I did not accept a single quest on the character in question.
Maybe it has something to do with the Good Supplier quests?
I'm honestly stumped, me and you seem to be the only people who have ever had that problem.
Keep pestering the support.

I already know the server will keep losing players, i knew that when i joined the server. I dont have any problems with that.

why i cant buy C-coin with paypal , really ****** thinking ? so if i buy J-coin it dosnt count as VIP2 ?

they could made chargeback ? maybe , but you must know ppls in privates server donate via paypal and 80% make chargeback,i think here will be the same
With paysafecard you cant make chargeback xD
