Since that psgame related as i know you can directly change it in your psgame or use the CE. But the actual CE Code is already posted on the stated link above, so you shouldnt have any problems using this script.

You got nothing more to do than copy the code phreak posted and edit the things Eric stated.
But as for help, here's the CT script, tested on my local server and works fine. Atleast so for EP 5. For EP 4 use the code Unix mentioned.

Uhm, not directly.
You gotta install Cheat Engine, Run it, Connect the CE to your PS_Game and Check the script on it's box to apply it.

Yea if you want the script to be active, leave it running. (Ofc if you restart the server, you have to reopen it.)
