Well the stuff being on your server already means that it's publicly available.

But if there won't be a official release that would mean everybody who own that stuff is just a little thief who is not able to get his/her items on his own/with aproval. And all know thief servers are hated & get attacked

As i stated in the first post: some of this stuff will be released, but i highly advise not pushing me on it, other stuff will be owned by Imagination server exclusively - meaning no other server has my permission to use them. I do know that it won't stop some people from stealing it, just stating that i don't support it by no means.

@orion - i said in the beginning thread if anyone wishes to contact me do it here, not via skype please. The 2nd thing i said was that i already work on a server and don't intend to leave it, so sadly the answer is no. Im not sure what you meant by latest artwork, but if you meant interface it should be released, but can't tell you when.

1) no we are not all thieves. I can tell for myselfe 100% that I never stole work from a other server.

Yes, my post was for the artwork as I'd love to use it on my server that will be out in a few months, but not wanting to cause any issues as I see others are already starting their drama. Credits would also be added on the site for your additions as well.
