i also lost my account 3 times after i had the gear i wanted then every time had to farm it all back. this was on they'r "no noss" server. the one that everyone had full racks of noss. lmao =P
Yes, there were those of us that knew it was coming and loaded up multiple accounts/toons FULL of KO/Conc/Sharpshooter noss... just because.
I spent 1 FULL month in the AH selling them... I had so much gold it was silly.
I do suggest, do thorough research, don't do like was done before and add an item, then suddenly pull it off the free-list. It causes headaches between players. The ones there early have the advantage in the market. Moreso than they already do
OK...lets reflect on what you are saying..i can understand this to a point titan..but why the fk did you come on the server in the last few weeks asking for donation for items and then when your loyal players plunked down hard earned dollars you all of a sudden just shut down the server?
FFS man..that is theft and while i can understand that you are going through personal stress I can't abide by the fact you ripped ppl off bigtime O.o
I do know for a fact that MANY PPL offered up there assistance to help you with your dilemna and keep the servers running and what did you do..you got all paranoid with your good staff and fked with your loyal and long standing spando players...thats just bad business and I would suggest you just stay out of the pserver biz Titan because you have lost the trust of 1000's of good ppl.
I mean to me, who offered up help in your time of need and was ignored and have played your server for going on 14 months now I just feel you decided to YES take a break but also you wanted to get some cash before you FKD off and lets face it YOU STOLE PPLS REAL LIFE HARD EARNED DOLLARS. TOS or not ..that is what you did just this last week...you can make as many excuses as you want.
So I suggest you and Liz just give up the ghost and realize you screwed up your reputation as a pserver owners because you cant be trusted anymore by loyal Shaiya players.
It's a real shame..because outside of a few assholes your server did have the best thing going in the shaiya pserver world.
Hope you take that stolen money and give it back to the loyal players that tried to keep your server going when you asked them to....try to get some ethics and give there donated dollars back Titan ..its the right thing to do and you know it...don't just post on elite and think that all players will find this and your off the hook if they don't ask you for their money back..you have their emails..be proactive and give them their money back. Let it be the last GOOD thing you do and pls..don't start another pserver...ppl just can't trust you now..lord knows you don't trust your loyal players

i have no clue whats going since my leaving, but i can assure you that..well, im sure that was in no way his intention. From what ive seen etc, he was doing all he can to keep the server up, don't give him such a hard time. there is a such thing as reimbursement. he has good intentions. But for those not wanting to go to the reopening, there is always multiple options. No offence Titan, but many not are happy. I mean i wish you the best i really do, but the players always come first. They have to do what they have to do. Simple as that.

Is an interesting statement. "Any pending donations may request refund" with the server/forum down, other then contacting PayPal and making a dispute. People have no way of contacting Titan for any refunds.
Unless some of us tell our friends how to reach him here! (won't be me doing that tho lol)
I would just like to bring to everyones attention that titan is trying to start drama between everyone. Has never cared for anyone, when you all know and have seen the work i have put into spando and the other GM too. He was never around until recently, when he decided to do his lil thing, which is fine and dandy, but he could count me out.
What i am asking for you to do now, is tell me / this topic What you feel he has ever done for this server, or what you feel myself or any other gm/admin has done. Try to keep it from insulting, if possible but i think its time the people spoke their mind. Especially now that there is no serve to go back to.

How do you feel about this? Do you agree with him? Thanks for your time. I think it is time he is called out for what he has never done for server. Only reason i took the break i did is because of personal reasons... im getting a divorce but that is completely different topic.
Furthermore, Pantera(Phant), Marcus(Phantbro), and myself are in developmental stages of a brand new server. It has everything spando offered , but without Titan's mistakes. The database is what we wish to think as flawless. I'm sure there could be some things we find over time but alot of things that titan had changed, broke many things on server. Plus the database was already used, so it had errors anyway.... If you wish to support us, Let me know via pm. As we are starting from scratch, and im ready to see karma come back his way and bite him.
