This is most likely caused by your anti-virus "cleaning" the file or your connection/web browser being the cause of a corrupt file (try clearing browser cache if disabling anti-virus doesn't work).

You run the game through shLauncher every time you want to multi-client.

Software already exists for using a controller instead of mouse + keyboard.

Regarding no-freeze, that's not something that suits this launcher, its purpose is for multi-clienting only.
Also, the whole point of this program is that it works "universally" across most/all clients. That's hard to do with something involving client hacks (like no-freeze), and it would eventually require updating.
