This has been outdated on official US clients for some time, however to my knowledge it is still working on some Episode 4/5 clients.

There will be no more updates, so don't ask.

Verifier not working?
Download VerifierFix.rar from below, unpack, run it and then restart Viper. It should solve the problem.

Most likely because

A. You're using a modified client - don't.
B. Your client is not supported - nothing to do about that.

Mine opens the 1st time, has me locate game.exe, then does nothing. Run it again and it launches, then exits. Ideas?

Windows version? For Vista+ you need to run as administrator.

If you're running anti-virus software, try disabling it, it might be blocking Viper.exe.

Im on windows XP and when i started it it had me locate the game.exe then it closes..i reopened then it just does nothing...also if this matter i have the old shaiya viper in my folder.

I've uploaded a new .rar archive with some bug fixes. There's still issues with Xp but it runs occasionally.

i cant get to work i did all instructions but when i try to run it shows viper logo then does nothing , the game doesn't pop up at all nor does the viper application. Please Post Update when or if you do finish Great Hacks!

Just don't use Xp, easy as that.
Tested on Windows 7 / Vista and it works fine.
