get a cheap dedicated server instead, for 500 players 12gb ram is enough. any xeon cpu is fine.
your server probably wont have 500 players though.

I set operation_type, nContentID and nDivisionID...

I set operation_type, nContentID and nDivisionID to 2, but it doesn't work, I get C8 at login (which is related to locale/contentID).
