Really simple.. Look for all the id's that are involved with the quest which is located in cq_action and find out the npc and just add them into the other database.

Make sure all the configs match each other in each folder. Ex: ACCserver folder and MSG and NPC folder.

Also check if your MySQL light is green.

Check if all the files have the correct hamachi IP in them and make sure the oem.ini/dat in client has the hamachi IP as well.

Go into cq_action and press Ctrl+F and type in the sentence and you should find it if its not there go check the client side, in the ini folder.

It might not be the ACC server that's the problem, its your anti-virus it thinks the ACC server is a virus. Try removing your anti-virus or disabling it or even allowing ACC server to run through you...
