Go back to wherever you originally edited the npc. You probably edited wrong so the way the file isn't being read the correct way. Fix that and you should fix the other npc's

Check to see if the last map was 700 and if it was, have it send you somewhere else. Possibly the map that you originally entered the market from or if anything just send them to twin city.

open your database and go to the spawns table. then just start adding them. I believe there is a command that will help you test spawn locations or even add spawns while you're in game.
