if you're talking about the amo count then no its server sided. Even if you somehow got unlmited amo (not from freezing the counter itself) most likey it wont deal any damage.

I think this may get you banned (depending on the logs) or atleast be watched by gms more easily. To do it I would imagine the simpliest way is changing the items looks.

I did a bit of reasearch and the trails you gave are for holycross. Switching the weapon out and back you will see the the missile willl look and sound like a holycross. You also dont need to change...
