Okay let me break it down for you.

Saying xenon doesn't have flick is absurd, yes flick is in the aimbot section if flick is off then its tracking aimbot if flick is on then its a flick Bot......

Xenon does have flick, it does have hero based features, tracking does not stop if the enemy is inside the fov, the aimbot is very easy to set up along with custom user configs posted in the discord....

this is just an auto response from blizzard because they cant tell you the exact reason

plus-

been using xenon for almost a year never had a hacks ban with over 4+hours injected almost everyday

Great guys over at confinex amazing support team, i can personally vouch for the internal ABI been using it for over a week its honestly amazing and super easy to setup cannot recommend anymore
