No some of the people currently running bots have a working GWA2 file. They just aren't sharing.

Other working library right now would probably be Py4GW. It's very possible to do working bots...

Is there are working War Supply bot? The one in this thread appears to be very broken. Keeps crashing my game, I fixed a few issues but I'm not able to completely fix it.
