Personally would gravitate more towards AA. Nothing wrong with Exspira as a cheat, but their support can be lackluster which kinda takes away from the experience if you're having issues.

Your best bet is just stay off the game for a bit. In the past a fresh windows install with a fresh windows key did the trick to get out of that SB loop, but I don't think it's an option anymore.
