That tool is not there, I looked for it and there is only the sdk or something like that, but with that it does not do much or at least that is what I noticed when reviewing, or maybe it is far from...

Do you only import and export with garments, or does it also work for effects? why try and the effects come out static (without movement)

If someone had the "c3 editor" tool and would be so kind to share it, it would help me a lot, I want to try weapon edits but the effects come out rotated.
