Does anyone know how to unlock the shadowban?

It is a ban that only easy mode is matched and warfare or normal mode is can't matched.

I have released the hwid ban with spoofer, but I can't solve the shdowban that prohibits matching..

I checked it through the test key.

Turn on vpn and running.
