go to Control Panel > Uninstall/Remove Program > Uninstall .netFrameWork and when prompt appear choose repair check if it'll work...

Don't rush on scanning, just wait for the program to load when it appears. Hacks are disabled [Dungeon Mods and PVP Mods] unless you finished scanning.

After the hacks appear wait for like 30...

Normal scanning takes time to load than advance. To ensure scanning will work, wait for the program to load properly, to check if the program is done loading, you wont be seeing your mouse cursor...
