update database for new characters (SHOOTER / TRIEMUSE)

to update your database for new characters

if already have shooter just edit insert_new_characters.sql and remove the lines that contain 'DEKARON8000001'

you don't run query as is, modify the SP for it...

Dekaron registration / login webpage for php 8.0

made a simple registration / login webpage for action 9 dekaron server. works with php 8.0 on iis so it should work with xampp apache without an issue.
will need php_pdo_sqlsrv and php_sqlsrv_80...

lmfao, anything that's inside share/map/ all maps are in there. npc_loa and search the index of what one you want to remove. you can find any of these indexes in share/creature/npc.csv
