Did you open up the RappelzCompress application...

They made it so that the max you can Jlvl up is...

They made it so that the max you can Jlvl up is 1/2 of your level. for example if you are level 20 Jlvl max = 10. If you are level 23 Jlvl max = 11.

I fixed my problem, as it turned out the password...

I fixed my problem, as it turned out the password I was using was hashing into two different outcomes. I changed the sa password to something else, hashed that and it worked.

Unfortunately now...
