Max is set to 105 on most official servers because you cant really reach much further. Exp always stays the same if you put any higher max too, always be 1,750,000,000 exp for every level after 105....

GM console is built into EVERY client so there is NO download for a GM...

WB and EP are really good at highest levels in pvp.
EPs get a lot better because better gear at higher levels means more HP and EPs can heal themself, always have the important buffs and very high...
