Is there a -complete- way to import these .scn models to 3ds max so i can use them?

i extracted them, now i need a way to USE them.

I'm actually not out to hack the game, i want to use the models of a few weapons to mod another game.. but everything i find is pieces of scripts or scripts that don't work.

Is there a -complete-...
