So I got my own private server since yesterday...

So I got my own private server since yesterday (with vSro).
But a lot of things (map, NPC, skills, items,..) are not in English, they show ' ' probably because of the Vietnamese.
How can I patch...

Decrease guild ban delay

Hey everyone

Does anyone know how to decrease the time to join another guild? Because now you have to wait 3 days until you can join a new guild, I would like to change that to 1 hour or something.
