Its like 10-15 games per hour, when you play too much EA disconnects you at the end of the match before you get the rewards and you are awarded with a loss, just play and when you get disconnected...

couple of days, just dont play too many matches i played too many today and got a disconnect (not a warning) its safe in draft and season just not WL. So dont play too many matches and you are fine :)
