I think not.. when I tried to put a smart weapon...

I think not.. when I tried to put a smart weapon on the ammo slots... it doesn't add 10 dodge to the attributes... =/

"Unable to equip items: Low Skill Level", I already make my level 55 or change the level of the item to low one.. but still I cannot...
