anyone out there who knows how 2 make non.patch.exe i need it badly on RF - poa server so that hotswap will be possible i think....and wall hack is not possible already but flyhack still effects on...

my friend use the edited item.edf only and he didnt use CE for that, but still the RSK is lost when he got DC.
