Catching up is pretty easy cause you can run with the strong people and get most of your items from your dungeons or AH. It is easy to collect gold and buy stuff. Guilds are recruiting new people too...

Normal its 1x. But premium gives you a exp boost and you get a exp scrolls which gives you 400% more exp. Also there are more exp scrolls which you can buy from a NPC. You can run with 300% exp bonus...
