Is it somewhat different? I used the codes Smurfin posted and got the wallhack in PWK(Korean server). After the patch where they fixed the jumphack and flyhack, I am still able to use the wallhack....

ex) If the first pointer for the HP is 464 the next one will be 20, and then...

The last pointer for the buff count is 50. The address 54 points to is the same as the buff count. The address 4c points to seems to change each...

Cheat engine :)
It's the same as searching for the base pointer.
Look for something you want to find and then keep backtracking the pointers until you get to the base address.
