Problem with joining with friends

Last time they can join but now they cant, everything is set, im using hamachi, all set from client , db,modules,txt but when they start the launcher theres no ping, before it has idk whats wrong.

Hellp Epvperz i wanted to change the launchers langauge, tho i tried editing it using pk2 but still it didn't change

It just back to its normal Language, which is Vietnam
