why 18k? with 100 reffs is 16975=17k, 150 reffs...

why 18k? with 100 reffs is 16975=17k, 150 reffs 21975, or you have alredy use them for gift?, I want to buy one for use it like principal account, or I shouldn't use like that?(probably ban?)
