does any1 know where in the c3 effects folder the file named glebesword is? its fixed fire circle and i wanan try and edit it

how do i delete fire circle in the conquer files so when im in game and someone uses it i dont see it?

Does anyone know the file name for fixed fire circle in the conquer files? and if you know wher to find it where can it be found?
