Issues with log in

I start Dark Gunz it goes to loading screen then it just goes back to my background and becomes unresponsive.

In game lag

When um in game it lags often to the point where I have to wait few seconds for it to stop lagging, the game isn't as fun with this lag happening often. Anyway I can resolve this?
