Subclasses are active by default

I had an earlier post complaining that my client's hp doesn't match my server's due to wrangler hp addition
it turned out like 4 more subclasses are active by default also.

I had a problem in calculatehp bonus but i fixed it ... (it was calculating itemhp twice)
now am stuck with maxhp...

MaxHitpoints bug

calculated max hitpoints is for example 8k what a char see in the hp bar is max 9.2k but i can only use potions up to 8k

i can guess i'm sending a falsy packet to client only without updating it...

I was searching for some already made npcs ... i got their ids from the database
checked npc.cs for their function to make sure about them...
