not sure if that was the reason accounts were getting banned, all NA accounts have been getting banned as well a week or so after hitting 30

I think they changed the game.cfg to the lowest...

I think they changed the game.cfg to the lowest fps setting and turned off vsync so its not causing unnecessary strain on PC. However I've started getting leaver buster time outs now on this v551...
