As you say it has to be while vac hacking, just keep luring mobs until you crash, I have crashed ALOT just from luring too many mobs in one go, just lure about 50 mobs =) also you can open another...

I don't see how a dupe could work on your own without the servers shutting down because when the servers go down I am pretty sure they rollback.

If you wan't to dc just mess around with hacks such as wallhack and change them to stuff they are not suppose to be, e.g. instead of web_image.mac, change the map name to 0909090 on all addresses...
