Server will be full of chinese they got crit+ passives, full debuffs on every skill, pain and bless on forces, some skill % damage has been raised a lot doing way too much damage those shouldve never...

-server is full of bot farmers on ctf and battle arena (fake player count btw)
-no spawn rate of 90-99 mobs (doubt they will fix this)...

Do i need to complete all the available quests? cuz i just only did 2 and got enough exp to promote, thas why i have 99% on experience and i cant get exp anymore.
Also shouldn't mobs give job...
