Thats not a hack, gm or other wise. If you give that old guy a super tortoise gem he does that for you. Its to get higher negative damage on your items. Totally not worth it imo.

Works fine for me, although I had to switch the normal rings to f2, sit to f3, and the love4ever rings to f4. other than that its good stuff already got 10% on lvl 2. :D
