I got a question

do u have to fully finish each new quest in order to get the exp and silver or just when u turn everything thing in and get the utlra badge?

i cant remember wat i edited before exp. came out but i wat a lvl 80ak vs a lvl 115+ bagi and he hit nothing blocks on me, it had to be something i edited to do that if not idk if was werid tho in...
