Im pretty sure they would write something like " Server is opening in 5 minutes" if they'd really plan to open it soon / tonight , but as you can see they didnt , maybe they're just testing something.

I meant just this server and its delay's , because if they will stay , there's no need to increase mastery level total for chinese characters ( Delays are enough of a punishment. )

There's some switch laggs caused by server files if im right , its enough of a punishment for eu chars , chn's can easily win w/o having 400 mastery level IMO.
