Cheatengine will not give me ANY search results...

Cheatengine will not give me ANY search results when i click hex. I just comes up blank.

Does anyone know why this could be happening? Why is Cheat Engine not giving me any result when I click...

I typed 196000 in a hex converter and I got

00 1D E8 40 ( I added the two zeros as per the post)

then I reversed
