I used nkid offset thing to get the adresses, and are the same that is on the offsets in the bot, but it doesnt...

First mob i select attacks fine, problem is next mob, because it will show no HP, even if i select a skill insted of normal...

There is a nice spot a bit north of the entrance to crystall mountain.
Spawn isn't the fastest, but theres a big area to let it grind. There are kentas and those big eyed mobs(dont remember name...)...
