Just use fiddler as always, the old canon bug works... atleast for me.
But u need to be on the map because the loading stops at 38% or something if u have more canons than its room for.

If you sink 1 NPC it comes 1 chest.

Its fixed a long time ago. you no longer get chest out of NPC.
