ya i got a whole bunch of "!@#$%^&*" symbols when i unpacked data.pak with dekaron pack manager by mecrovignian. when i opened the unpacked files with excell or csved, it shows up as random symbols...

when i unpack data.pak and open it, why are all the .csv files all in symbols when i open it?
