Problems now:

1. Still get "The server is currently busy. Please try again later" on a regular basis.

2. Bot puts the same name for Summoner Name, and gets error. Needs to put a random name...

Using win XP VM, 512 MB ram, 1024x768, all the correct settings

I think you have the settings set too fast, you have to remember most of us...
