It does not wrok. With or without firewall turned on it does not work. I tried port 81 and 80. I don't think that is a problem with a program. But I do not know what to do.. :( I have the right...

It does not work. :( I changed "sa" in database to "taelop", updated registry and updated "db.config.php". Also i turned off the firewall and virus protection. Even if i change port to 81 in Wamp...
