It is in data.wdf in main conquer folder. The *.wdf is packed common install files. The data folder is newer/updated files, from all the updates. The same goes for c3.wdf

Run "conquer.exe blacknull", and then look for "debug" folder in your conquer dir.
Maybe the debug folder is there already.
Open the log file and find out what is missing.
