Error in the translation of languages

Hello, I have a problem with the translation of languages in my server.
I use 2089 gamefile and languages of reigns do not translate.
Languages do not translate with language skills at level (P);...

But even if the exp table is set correctly, the exp for over level 100, is ever "2'100'000'000".. How can I fix it?
