Nope. You need to log both accounts at the exact same time to get it to work. It's pretty much all luck if the server fixed their logins like TFN did.

This does not work on a real Update 6 server. Those weapons are bought with PvP points on U6, not gold. I checked it out on my server (Phoenix RF ([Only registered and activated users can see links])) and it doesn't work.
