you can see the '4' on the bottom right of the picture, indicating its in a '4' map which would most probably mean 4-4..

use the lowest graphic settings for your dark orbit client
close any background application your not using ( Skype etc- )

you just need to mess about with the timings to make it act as humanly as possible
